Legal Consultation

For legal teams who are interested in consultation on cases involving psychedelic and/or psychotropic use. **Fee structure is subject to change depending on the nature and complexity of the legal case; note that court testimony appearances are billed as a separate fee structure.

Example: “my client has been charged with a DUI after reporting taking a microdose of psilocybin. What are the potential medical tests that would confirm the presence/absence of psilocybin in one’s body? What are the potential effects on driving from a microdose of psilocybin?”

Reduced-Cost Case Consultation

This is for select healers who exclusively provide reduced-cost services to their clients and/or have significant financial constraints and/or have limited means of access to consultation services such as working on tribal grounds and/or working with BIPOC clients. Most psilocybin facilitators would not qualify for this reduced-cost. Feel welcome to discuss your means prior to your consultation if relevant.
